David has extensive experience in managing and operating varying business’s prior to establishing BFG Group as an independent brokerage division of the BFG Group.

David’s primary experience has been gained not only through his private ventures but whilst employed by the ANZ Banking Group Ltd where he held senior sales positions within the ANZ’s chattel finance business, Esanda Finance Corporation Limited. His experience covers commercial, consumer, wholesale and dealer / broker relationship management.

David is also involved in the retail sector and has an excellent understanding of the challenges facing small to medium businesses in today’s environment.

A major key to David’s success is the ability to quickly identify solutions to his clients needs and build strong relationships based on service and trust.

Matt Walker
Business Development Manager

Matt has been involved in the finance industry for over 24 years.  He has an in-depth understanding of most industry sectors with particular expertise in small business, consumer and chattel lending.

His varied experience, from farming to professional and business environments has provided him with the exposure to relate to people from differing walks of life.  He enjoys assisting clients by listening to their needs and objectives and providing them with the best options and solutions to satisfy and achieve them.

Terry Findlay

Terry has been involved in the finance industry for over 22 years.  He has an in-depth understanding of most industry sectors with particular expertise in heavy vehicle and equipment finance, consumer and chattel lending.

His varied experience, from car dealership to professional and business environments has provided him with the exposure to relate to people from differing walks of life.  He enjoys assisting clients by listening to their needs and objectives and providing them with the best options and solutions to satisfy and achieve them.

Shayne Brooking
Business Manager

Shayne has been involved in the finance and insurance industries for 17 years.  He proactively develops and maintains strong working relationships with his clients by anticipating and providing solutions to their needs - Shayne views the customer’s satisfaction as paramount.

Shayne’s family is 3rd generation farmers and transport operators in the Lockyer Valley which allows him to understand the needs and expectations of our primary producers. He has worked in South Western Qld, the Wide Bay/Burnett and Brisbane’s CBD and this diverse experience has given him exposure to a variety of clients, business owners and operators.
